- Free plan. It covers 250 contacts and 2,500 emails a month.

Brevo is priced by emails sent, so it has no single price at a list size and is not ranked above. We compare its Standard plan. Starter costs less at the same volume but stops at 100,000 emails a month, limits automation to 2,000 contacts and keeps the Brevo logo unless you pay to remove it. The tier is set by emails sent and by stored contacts: the three smallest tiers hold 500, 1,500 and 2,500 contacts, and every tier from 20,000 emails up holds 500,000. Standard stops at 500,000 emails a month. Your tier is the first one that covers both the emails you send in a month and the size of your list.

SendPulse removes two of the three limits. The Standard plan has no send cap, and SMS and chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Messenger are in the same account. Beyond the free allowance, chatbots are a separate Pro plan priced by chatbot subscribers. At 10,000 subscribers it is the lowest price in this table; at 2,500 and 5,000 MailerLite costs less.
The price of that range is a bigger product: SMS, chatbots, SMTP and courses sit beside email. If a weekly newsletter is all you send, MailerLite’s narrower scope is a reason to stay.

Among the five free plans in this table, only Kit’s has no cap on emails. Brevo’s stores more contacts but limits daily sends. SendPulse allows the most emails of the capped plans, on a small list. Moosend and ActiveCampaign have trials only.
If MailerLite did not approve your account
Most email services review new accounts, because one bad sender hurts delivery for everyone on shared servers. Expect similar questions elsewhere, and check your industry against each vendor’s acceptable-use policy before you sign up. What helps with any of them:
- Send from an address on your own domain, not a free mailbox.
- Put a working signup form on a real website.
- Keep a record of how each subscriber joined.
- Drop purchased or scraped contacts; acceptable-use policies generally prohibit them.
Stay with MailerLite if…
You send a newsletter once or twice a week and stay inside the send allowance. At 2,500 and 5,000 subscribers only one or two tools here cost less, and a move means rebuilding forms and automations by hand.
