SendPulse pricing in 2026: every plan by list size

SendPulse pricing in 2026

SendPulse has a free plan and three paid email plans: Standard, Pro and Enterprise. Each is priced by the number of subscribers, and none of the paid plans limits how many emails you send. Pro and Enterprise cost more at every size and add features on top of Standard. The table lists all three from 500 to 50,000 subscribers.

SendPulse paid plans, regular price per month with monthly billing, before tax. A list size between two tiers is priced at the tier that contains it. Checked on the official pricing page, October 5, 2026.

Enterprise requires a list of at least 2,500 contacts. Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly price and six-month billing 10% off. The prices on this page are month-to-month.

At 1,000 subscribers Standard costs $18 and Pro $21.60. At 10,000 the three plans cost $78, $93.60 and $131.04. A list that falls between two rows pays the price of the larger row.

What each SendPulse plan adds

Standard covers what most senders need: unlimited emails, A/B tests, scheduled sending and no SendPulse logo. Pro is for teams that segment on behaviour and want more automation flows and more users. Enterprise removes the caps on flows, users and sender addresses and adds dedicated support. Pick the plan by features first; the price gap between them grows with the list.

Standard adds unlimited emails, static segmentation, A/B tests, scheduled sending, payments in emails and no SendPulse branding; Pro adds re-engagement emails, dynamic segmentation, email verification and a dedicated onboarding coordinator; Enterprise adds unlimited sender addresses, automation flows and users, a full A/B testing suite and dedicated support.

Automation 360 flows by email plan: 5 on Free, 10 on Standard, 50 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise, with 50, 70, 150 and unlimited elements per flow.Standard allows 3 users per account, Pro 10 and Enterprise an unlimited number.Standard includes static segmentation; dynamic segmentation with saved segments starts on Pro.

The email pricing page lists 24/7 live chat and email support; Enterprise adds dedicated support.

In practice, the step from Standard to Pro is worth paying for when you need segments that update themselves (for example, everyone who opened in the last 30 days and clicked a product link) or more people in the account than Standard allows. At 5,000 subscribers that step costs $62.40 instead of $52 a month.

The SendPulse free plan

The free plan covers 500 contacts and 15,000 emails a month. It includes automation flows and subscription forms, and every email carries SendPulse branding. It is enough to run a small newsletter and a welcome series before you pay anything; a paid plan removes the branding and the send limit.

The free email marketing software comparison sets these limits against the free plans of other tools.

SMS, chatbots, SMTP and courses are priced separately

The email plans cover email only. SMS is billed per message on top of any plan. Chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Messenger have their own free tier and their own paid plan. Transactional email through SMTP and the course builder are separate products, each with a free tier. Budget for them apart from the email plan.

“Not listed” means the vendor’s official pricing or feature page does not mention it. Checked September 29, 2026.

Beyond the free allowance, chatbots are a separate Pro plan priced by chatbot subscribers.CRM is a separate product with a free plan: the account owner plus up to 4 invited users, up to 2 sales pipelines and 5 Automation 360 flows.

Two practical points follow from the table. No SMS is bundled with an email plan, so a campaign that adds text messages needs its own budget. And transactional email from your app, such as receipts and password resets, goes through the SMTP product and its own free tier, not through the marketing plan.

Pay-as-you-go email credits

Instead of a monthly plan, SendPulse sells email credits that you buy once and spend as you send. The credits come with Standard features. They make sense when you send in bursts rather than on a schedule. The credit price is in the pay-as-you-go column of the table above; compare it with the Standard price for your list size and sending rate before you choose.

Unlike Brevo’s credits, which do not expire, SendPulse credits have an expiry date, so buy only what you expect to send within it.

SendPulse vs Mailchimp, MailerLite and Brevo on price

SendPulse Standard costs less than Mailchimp Essentials at every list size from 500 to 50,000 subscribers. Against MailerLite Comfort the answer depends on the size: SendPulse is lower at 1,000 and from 10,000 up, MailerLite is lower at 2,500 and 5,000. Brevo charges by emails sent, so it has its own table below the ladder.

Brevo is priced by emails sent, so it has no single price at a list size and is not ranked above. We compare its Standard plan. Starter costs less at the same volume but stops at 100,000 emails a month, limits automation to 2,000 contacts and keeps the Brevo logo unless you pay to remove it. The tier is set by emails sent and by stored contacts: the three smallest tiers hold 500, 1,500 and 2,500 contacts, and every tier from 20,000 emails up holds 500,000. Standard stops at 500,000 emails a month. Your tier is the first one that covers both the emails you send in a month and the size of your list.

Of the three tools priced by list size, Mailchimp is the most expensive at every size. MailerLite Comfort is the lowest at 2,500 and 5,000 subscribers, but it caps sends at 10× contacts per month; SendPulse Standard does not count sends. At 500 subscribers SendPulse is $12 and MailerLite $12.

Cheapest paid plan, monthly billing, US dollars. Highlighted: the lowest price with unlimited emails. Brevo is priced by emails sent, not by list size, and is not ranked here. Checked on official pricing pages, September 30 – October 5, 2026.

SendPulse is not the lowest price outside this group either. Moosend, an email-only tool, costs less than SendPulse Standard at every size up to 5,000 subscribers; SendPulse is lower at 10,000. The email marketing cost guide ranks every tool we track.

Against Brevo: it depends on how often you send

Brevo has no price for a list size. For a list of 10,000 subscribers, the table below shows what Brevo Standard costs at four sending rates next to SendPulse Standard and to the lowest capped plan in this group.

A list of 10,000 subscribers at four sending levels; automated emails count toward the total. Brevo Standard tiers stop at 500,000 emails a month. Its cheaper Starter plan, which stops at 100,000 emails a month and has tighter limits, is in the Brevo table above. Regular monthly prices. Checked September 30 – October 5, 2026.

Five emails a week217,000$249Over its allowance$78

At two emails a month, Brevo Standard’s 20,000-email tier ($69; Starter: $32) costs less than SendPulse Standard at $78. From one email a week, Brevo Standard costs more and SendPulse’s price stays the same. Brevo’s Starter plan stays lower a little longer but has tighter limits. Brevo’s Starter plan stops at 100,000 emails a month and its Standard plan at 500,000. The cost calculator runs this sum for your own list size.

Is SendPulse worth the price?

For a list of 10,000 or more, or one you mail more than about twice a week, Standard is good value: it costs less than Mailchimp Essentials at every size and has no send cap, so the bill does not grow with how often you send. Below 10,000, Moosend and, at 2,500 and 5,000, MailerLite cost less. It is not the lowest price at every size, and extra channels cost extra. Choose Pro only for its segmentation, flows or seats.

SendPulse fits senders who mail often and may add SMS or chatbots later from the same account. Know the costs before you sign up: dynamic segmentation needs Pro, SMS is billed per message, chatbots beyond the free tier are a separate plan, and pay-as-you-go credits expire. Check that your store or CRM connects to it, directly or through Zapier or Make.

Which SendPulse plan to choose, or which tool instead

Start on the free plan if your list fits in it. Move to Standard when you outgrow it or want the branding gone. Pick Pro when you need dynamic segments or more users, and Enterprise only when you need unlimited flows, users and sender addresses; it is not sold for the smallest lists. If your case is different, another tool may cost less.

  • SendPulseYou mail your list more than about twice a week, your list is 10,000 or larger, or you want SMS and chatbots in the same account.
  • MailerLiteYour list is between 2,500 and 5,000 subscribers and its send allowance covers how often you mail.
  • MoosendYou need email only and your list is 5,000 subscribers or fewer, where it costs less than SendPulse Standard.
  • BrevoYou email a large list once or twice a month, so paying per email sent costs less than paying per subscriber.
  • MailchimpA tool you depend on connects only to Mailchimp and the higher price is acceptable.
