SendPulse vs Brevo: the short verdict
SendPulse suits a list of up to 5,000 subscribers at any sending level, a list of up to about 25,000 mailed weekly or more, and anyone who wants chatbots on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in the same account; its Standard plan has no send cap, so the bill depends only on list size. Brevo charges by emails sent, so it suits a list of 10,000 or more mailed once or twice a month, or about 50,000 mailed up to weekly, and its free plan stores far more contacts.

SendPulse vs Brevo pricing in 2026
You cannot put the two prices side by side without one number: how many emails you send in a month. SendPulse Standard charges for the size of your list and includes unlimited emails. Brevo Standard charges for the emails you send, in tiers that also cap how many contacts you can store, so a frequent sender pays more each time the volume crosses a tier.

| 500 subscribers | $12 |
| 1,000 subscribers | $18 |
| 2,500 subscribers | $38 |

| 10,000 subscribers | $78 |
| 25,000 subscribers | $159 |
| 50,000 subscribers | $281 |
| Emails included | unlimited emails |
Brevo is priced by emails sent, so it has no single price at a list size and is not ranked above. We compare its Standard plan. Starter costs less at the same volume but stops at 100,000 emails a month, limits automation to 2,000 contacts and keeps the Brevo logo unless you pay to remove it. The tier is set by emails sent and by stored contacts: the three smallest tiers hold 500, 1,500 and 2,500 contacts, and every tier from 20,000 emails up holds 500,000. Standard stops at 500,000 emails a month. Your tier is the first one that covers both the emails you send in a month and the size of your list.

Brevo’s smallest tiers store only a few contacts, so a list decides the tier as much as the sending does. At 1,000 subscribers the smallest Brevo Standard tier that holds the list is the 10,000-email tier at $35 (Starter: $17), against $18 for SendPulse Standard.
SendPulse discounts longer billing terms. Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly price and six-month billing 10% off. The prices on this page are month-to-month for both tools.
What each bill looks like at your sending frequency
For 10,000 subscribers Brevo Standard is cheaper up to about two emails a month and SendPulse from about three. Twice a month is 20,000 emails, which costs $69 on Brevo Standard (Starter: $32) against $78 on SendPulse. Weekly sending moves Brevo Standard to its 50,000-email tier at $97 (Starter: $56).
| Emails per subscriber | Emails a month | Brevo Standardby emails sent | SendPulse Standardunlimited |
|---|---|---|---|
| Two emails a month | 20,000 | $69 | $78 |
| One email a week | 43,000 | $97 | $78 |
| Two emails a week | 87,000 | $139 | $78 |
| Five emails a week | 217,000 | $249 | $78 |
On a list of 50,000 the balance shifts toward Brevo: its Standard plan stays below SendPulse up to about one email a week per subscriber, and SendPulse costs less only when you mail more often than that. Automated emails count toward Brevo’s monthly volume, so add welcome series and reminders to your campaign count.

Free plans compared
Brevo’s free plan stores many more contacts but caps sends by the day; SendPulse’s free plan sends more emails a month to a list of up to 500 subscribers. Brevo’s suits a large list you mail rarely, or a store that collects contacts before it starts sending. SendPulse’s suits a small list you mail often.

AI features
Brevo’s Aura assistant is listed on every plan, including Free. SendPulse’s AI assistant has a free allowance of requests and then needs a paid plan or the trial plus your own API key for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek, so heavy AI use on SendPulse adds a separate bill from that provider.
Brevo’s AI assistant, Aura, drafts copy, summarizes chats and helps optimize campaigns, and is listed on every plan, Free included; AI segmentation and the AI data analyst start on Professional.
A built-in AI assistant writes, translates and edits email copy and builds automations; the first 200 AI requests are free, after which AI needs a paid plan or the free trial plus your own API key for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek, with token usage billed separately.
Automation and CRM
Both include automation on their free plans. SendPulse limits the number of flows by plan; Brevo limits how many contacts can be in active automations on Free and Starter, and lifts that limit on Standard. Both have a free CRM: SendPulse’s is a separate product, Brevo’s sales tools come with every plan.
Automation 360 flows by email plan: 5 on Free, 10 on Standard, 50 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise, with 50, 70, 150 and unlimited elements per flow.Standard includes static segmentation; dynamic segmentation with saved segments starts on Pro.
On Free and Starter up to 2,000 contacts can be in active automations; Standard and higher plans have no such limit.Over Starter, Brevo’s Standard plan adds automation for unlimited contacts, A/B testing, send-time optimization, one landing page and removal of the Brevo logo.
CRM is a separate product with a free plan: the account owner plus up to 4 invited users, up to 2 sales pipelines and 5 Automation 360 flows.Every Brevo plan, Free included, comes with free sales tools: 1 sales pipeline and up to 50 open deals; paid Sales packages add more.
Team seats, support and integrations
Both Standard plans allow a few users; on Brevo the extra seats are a paid add-on. SendPulse’s pricing page lists 24/7 chat and email support; Brevo’s plan table lists email support up to Standard and phone support from Professional. Brevo’s integrations page gives a count of 150+ tools; SendPulse’s pricing page names its main integrations and an API.
Standard allows 3 users per account, Pro 10 and Enterprise an unlimited number.Starter allows a single user, Standard up to 3 users as a paid add-on, and Professional includes 10.
The email pricing page lists 24/7 live chat and email support; Enterprise adds dedicated support. The plan table lists email support on Free, Starter and Standard; phone support starts on Professional.
The email pricing page lists integrations with Make, Zapier, WordPress, Shopify and Creatio, plus an API and webhooks.Brevo’s integrations page says it connects with 150+ tools, among them Shopify, WordPress, Stripe and Zapier.
Deliverability
This page does not rank the two on deliverability. We have not measured inbox placement, and neither vendor publishes a figure that could be compared. Placement depends mostly on your side: an authenticated sending domain, a list that opted in, and steady sending volume. Both offer transactional email over SMTP: Brevo inside every plan, SendPulse as a separate product with its own free tier.

- At 10,000 subscribers

- Free plan
- 500 contacts, 15,000 emails/month
SendPulse is the better fit for a list of up to 5,000 subscribers, or up to about 25,000 that you mail weekly or more, because the price does not move with the number of emails. It also covers Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger chatbots from the same account. The trade-offs: on a large list mailed once or twice a month it costs more than Brevo, its pay-as-you-go credits expire after 12 months, and AI beyond the free allowance needs your own API key.
Strong points
- Email, SMS and chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Messenger run from one account
- Standard plan includes unlimited emails at every list size
- Separate free tiers for SMTP, chatbots and the course builder
Limits
- Free plan stops at 500 subscribers and keeps SendPulse branding in emails
- Pay-as-you-go email credits expire after 12 months
- SMS is billed per message on top of the plan; none is bundled
- Chatbots beyond the free allowance are a separate paid plan
- A dedicated IP is listed only for the SMTP Pro and Enterprise plans

Brevo is the better fit for a large list that gets one or two emails a month, for storing many contacts on a free plan, or for email credits that never expire. Its AI assistant is on every plan. The trade-offs: frequent sending moves you up the tiers quickly, Telegram is not listed, and WhatsApp campaigns start on the Professional plan.
Strong points
- Priced by emails sent, which suits lists that are mailed rarely
- Prepaid email credits never expire
- Transactional email and SMTP included on every plan
Limits
- The 100,000-contact storage belongs to the free plan; the smallest paid tiers store far fewer contacts
- Free plan sends only 300 emails a day
- The bill rises with every extra send, so it cannot be compared with per-subscriber plans without knowing how often you mail
- Telegram is not listed; WhatsApp sits on the Professional plan

Frequently asked questions
How does SendPulse compare to Brevo on price?
They bill on different things. SendPulse Standard is priced by list size and includes unlimited emails: $78 a month at 10,000 subscribers. Brevo Standard is priced by emails sent: $69 for 20,000 emails (Starter: $32) and $97 for 50,000 (Starter: $56). Work out how many emails you send in a month, then compare.
Is SendPulse cheaper than Brevo?
Against Brevo Standard, yes for the list sizes we track up to 5,000 subscribers, at any sending level. At 1,000 subscribers SendPulse Standard is $18; the smallest Brevo Standard tier that stores 1,000 contacts is the 10,000-email tier at $35. From 10,000 subscribers mailed once or twice a month Brevo Standard costs less: $69 against $78. Brevo Starter costs less still ($32 for 20,000 emails), but stops at a lower monthly volume, limits automation and keeps the Brevo logo unless you pay to remove it.
Which free plan is bigger, SendPulse or Brevo?
It depends on the axis. Brevo’s free plan stores 100,000 contacts but sends only 300 emails a day. SendPulse’s covers 500 contacts and 15,000 emails a month, so it sends more in a month to a much smaller list. Both keep the vendor’s branding in emails.
Does Brevo support Telegram chatbots?
Telegram is not listed on Brevo’s pricing or feature pages. Brevo offers a free website live chat, Instagram and Messenger inbox conversations with a paid Sales package, and WhatsApp campaigns on its Professional plan. SendPulse lists chatbots for Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, with a free allowance.
Does SendPulse have AI features like Brevo’s Aura?
Yes, under different terms. SendPulse’s AI assistant writes, translates and edits email copy and builds automations; a limited number of requests is free, after which it needs a paid plan or the trial and your own API key, billed by that provider. Brevo lists its Aura assistant on every plan, Free included, and keeps AI segmentation for Professional.
Which has better automation, SendPulse or Brevo?
Both include automation on their free plans with different limits. SendPulse limits the number of flows by plan, and Standard allows twice as many as Free. Brevo’s Free and Starter plans cap how many contacts can be in active automations; Standard removes that cap.
